Not all trustees are trustworthy.
I am a Trustee. I can be Trusted even in the unlikely event that no deed records the terms.
So when a mate said he had put property in Trust with minimal documents because he had very bad legal advice ( there is a lot of that about) and he Trusted his mate Maurice to be "trustworthy" I BECAME VERY CONCERNED.
AS IT TRANSPIRED HE MADE A BIG MISTAKE.
Murphy had something to say about things going wrong.
O'Reilly might have something to say about Trust. Like Trust no one !
